We value hard work, authenticity, and service. Our passion is raising cattle the way God intended... Free to roam on lush green pastures, without hormones, antibiotics, or shortcuts. For us, this isn’t just a business - it’s our lifestyle and legacy!

TRUE FAMILY OPERATION
JT2 Beef is proudly family-run.
Jason manages ranch and overall JT2 business operations, while Jolie handles customer service, book keeping, and order fulfillment.
Our son, Jaxon, coordinates daily operations at JT2 Pack, our USDA-inspected processing facility in Tyler, Texas, where we process our own beef (and for other custom and wholesalers). His wife Riley supports our marketing and helps with customer care.
Everyone plays a role, and that’s what makes our beef, and our mission so personal!
