Beef in Bulk

What is Beef in Bulk? Beef in bulk refers to the option of buying a large quantity of beef as a single purchase and is typically identified as purchasing a “Whole Beef” or “Half Beef.” More specifically, the term whole beef should not only indicate a large quality of beef being purchased but it also is an indication that the beef is purchased directly from the grower. Purchasing directly from the grower helps to ensure you know the source of the beef product. There are numerous advantages to purchasing beef in bulk, including cost savings, knowing the origin of the product, meal planning flexibility, fewer trips to the grocery store, reduction of price fluctuations, and buying from a Texas ranch. By choosing our USDA Certified All-Natural Beef in Bulk option, you not only gain health benefits of ranch raised beef but also the peace of mind that comes from being able to communicate directly with us at the ranch. This ensures a consistent supply of healthy, high-quality beef direct from the ranch. That is why JT2 is “beef…straight off the ranch.”

Here is the breakdown of our Beef in Bulk options as well as the storage capacity suggested for storage.

“Whole Beef”: This option includes approx. 400 lbs. of JT2 All-Natural Beef in the form of various cuts to meet your meal prep needs. A typical freezer with about (40) forty cubic feet of storage is suggested.

“Half Steer”: Approx. 200 lbs. of JT2 All-Natural Beef broken down into various cuts that will support a wide variety of meal options. A freezer with about (20) twenty cubic feet of storage is suggested.

“Steer in a Year”: This alternative option is perfect for you, if you have limited freezer space or the limited funds to initially purchase a whole beef.
